Biography
As CEO at BUCK, Emily Rickard has played a vital role in BUCK’s growth in revenue, headcount, capabilities and geographic reach. A dynamic leader with a passion for scaling the business of creativity, Emily is based in Los Angeles and oversees BUCK’s business globally, with additional offices in New York, Amsterdam, London, Sydney, and Vancouver.
Emily and her BUCK colleagues comprise a constellation of over 500 artists, producers, strategists, and technologists creating work that is experienced by billions of people every day. Emily is happiest working with her team to find new ways to engage and tell stories for the world’s biggest brands and products, while feeding BUCK’s business opportunities and the creative culture.
Emily’s background spans an array of international markets and industries. Her BUCK tenure is over a decade, and most recently she held the role of BUCK’s President, steering the company through a post-COVID climate. Emily also brings experience as a First Assistant Director in commercial and long-form live action production, and a Senior Producer and Head of Production across animation, motion design, and brand systems projects for blue chip clients across the US, Europe, and Australia.
